Please review our refund policy regarding payments, appointments, and packages.

1. Services Refunds

  • Payments for completed physical therapy sessions, classes, or consultations are non-refundable.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact our management team to discuss possible solutions.

2. Prepaid Packages

  • If you purchase a package of sessions and decide not to use all sessions, you may request a refund for the unused portion.

  • Used sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • For medical emergencies, please contact us directly to discuss options.

4. Franchise Fees

  • Franchise application fees and initial franchise fees are non-refundable after agreements are signed, due to administrative and support costs incurred.
