1. Services Refunds

Payments for completed physical therapy sessions, classes, or consultations are non-refundable.

2. Prepaid Packages

If you purchase a package of sessions and decide not to use all sessions, you may request a refund for the unused portion.

Used sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate, and the balance (if any) will be refunded.
3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Franchise Fees

Franchise application fees and initial franchise fees are non-refundable after agreements are signed, due to administrative and support costs incurred.
